Positive: Plenty of space; nice set up; modern conveniences; great location; quiet and safe setting; very responsive proprietor; comfortable beds. The owner of the property does everything she can to make you feel welcome. She even drove us to the train station when our taxi did not come. We could have walked but too many bags so she offered. Fun place to stay and charming place to stay.
Negative: Nothing; maybe tricky to lock the front door until you understand it!

Positive: Perfect stay, very nice and friendly host, very clean property. Our host Nadege welcomed us very warmly and she was very helpful in making our stay very comfortable. Also the enclosed parking place was perfect. We would definitely recommand this overnight place in a very quiet part of Dijon which on the other hand has many facilities nearby.
